Individual bookings (less than 5 rooms):
Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance are free. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay, including meals.
Group bookings (5 rooms or more):
Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will be free of charge. Cancellations after that will result in a 100% charge of the total group value, including meals.
Edit Policy:
Group Booking Amendment Policy (5 rooms or more):
- Amendments (reduction) are accepted 14 days prior to arrival by 20%. Amendments (reduction) is accepted 10 days prior to arrival by 30%.
- No modifications will be accepted if made less than 10 days prior to guest arrival.
Payment Policy:
Individual bookings (less than 5 rooms):
100% payment must be made before the option date, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
Group bookings (more than 5 rooms):
50% payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the initial confirmation and 100% 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice and no refund will be given.
No-show Policy:
In case of no-show, a fee equivalent to the full accommodation value including meals will be charged as a no-show fee
