Cancellation Policy

  For Individual Bookings (Less than 5 Rooms):

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the guest’s scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay including meals.

  For Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More):

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will incur a full cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total group booking value, including meals.

Modification Policy

  Modification Policy for Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More):

  • Reductions requested 14 days or more before check-in: Accepted with a 20% adjustment of the total booking value.
  • Reductions requested between 10 and 14 days before check-in: Accepted with a 30% adjustment of the total booking value.
  • No modifications of any kind (including reductions) will be accepted within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date.

Payment Policy 

 Individual Bookings (Less than 5 Rooms):

  • The full amount (100%) must be paid prior to the option deadline. Failure to make full payment by this date will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

 Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More):

  • A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving the initial booking confirmation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the check-in date.
    Failure to meet either payment deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice, and all payments made will be non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), a no-show fee equivalent to the full value of the booked stay, including meals, will be charged.
