reservation conditions:
• Reservations will not be confirmed until full payment is made.

• You must have the following documents with you upon check-in to the hotels:
        * ID card for each adult
        * Marriage certificate or wife's ID card stating the husband's name
        * Reservation voucher from the company
        * Birth certificate for children to be presented upon request
        * Passport for non-Egyptians and proof of residence permit, if applicable.

• Check-in at hotels starts at 14:00 PM
• Check-out from the hotel is at 12:00 PM. The customer will bear any costs that may be imposed by the hotel as a result of the customer's delay.
• Prices do not include any other services not mentioned in the reservation voucher.
• Prices do not include any personal expenses such as (porter services - room services - use of any item in the room minibar - laundry - phone calls - early check-in or late check-out at hotels - tips... etc.).
• Triple rooms are double rooms with an extra bed


Cancellation

cancellation conditions:

• In the event of a cancellation or change request, the customer must provide written or email confirmation of the cancellation or change during business hours, i.e., from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every day of the week except Friday (a holiday).
• Cancellation or change fees apply according to the date of the cancellation request, and these fees increase the closer the cancellation or change date is to the travel date, up to 100%.
• In the event of a cancellation request more than 15 (fifteen days) from the travel date, the full reservation amount will be refunded without any fees being deducted.
• In the event of a cancellation request less than 15 (fifteen days) and more than 7 (seven working days) from the travel date, the value of one hotel night will be deducted from the total number of nights for each room booked, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a cancellation request less than 7 (seven working days) from the travel date, the full amount will be deducted, and no refunds will be granted.
• The customer has the right to modify the tourism services booked 15 days prior to the travel date, provided that the customer bears all applicable fines according to the type of service to be modified. The result of the modification depends on the availability during this period.
• In the event of cancellation or modification, the customer shall notify the company in writing via email or phone to prove his right to cancel.
• In the event of failure to travel without notifying the company, the customer will be charged 100% of the total trip value, and no refunds will
be issued. • Any amounts paid for programs or hotel nights not used by the customer after the return date will not be refunded.
• In the event of any refund, it must be within at least 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the cancellation request.
