Cancellation policy:

Single bookings (less than 5 rooms):

Cancellations of 48 hours or more in advance will be free of charge. If canceled 48 hours prior to guest's arrival, a cancellation fee of one night's value with meals will be charged.

Group bookings (5 or more rooms):

Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival or more will be free of charge, if canceled after, 100% of the total package value including meals will be charged.

Modification policy:

Group booking modification policy (5 rooms or more):

• Alterations (reduction) accepted 14 days prior to arrival by 20%. 10 days before arrival (reduction) by 30%.
• No modifications will be accepted if it is 10 days prior to the guest's arrival.

Payment policy:

Single bookings (less than 5 rooms):

100% must be paid before the option date, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

Group reservations (more than 5 rooms):

50% must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the initial confirmation email and 100% 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the booking will be canceled without prior notice and no refund will be given.

No-show policy:

In case of no-show, a fee equal to full board including meals will be charged as a no-show fee.
